The Extracta® Kit – Cell-Free Circulating DNA (MCFD) was developed for the automated extraction and purification of cfDNA from a variety of clinical and laboratory samples, enabling seamless integration into laboratory workflows, standardization of processes, and significant productivity gains.
Based on magnetic bead technology and the principle of solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI), the kit enables the selective isolation of cfDNA, with high yield and excellent reproducibility. With a 45-minute protocol (which may vary depending on the equipment), it ensures pure, inhibitor-free samples that are ready for applications such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other molecular biology assays.
