Loccus do Brasil would like to provide you with all the information about the data processing we carry out for a specific purpose.

The purpose of this Privacy Center is to provide you with more information about the rights and controls you have in relation to personal data. In this way, we can facilitate and clarify any doubts you may have about our data processing, as well as present some points of our Privacy Policy.

What personal data does Loccus collect about me?
To introduce the experience you will have in this Privacy Center, it is important that we inform you what data we collect so that we can carry out our work:

1. Personal data collected when registering on the website: when you visit our page you will find the “Login” tab, at which point your e-mail address and password are required to register. When you access the Loccus platform, you will be asked for the following information: First name, last name, CPF (if an individual), telephone number, e-mail address, “My addresses”, “Billing addresses” and “Delivery addresses”.

Why does Loccus collect this data?
We collected this data for the following reasons:

How does Loccus protect my data?

Loccus do Brasil understands and is mature in its understanding of privacy. Through awareness and understanding training on privacy and data protection, its employees are constantly exposed to the concepts of the subject in question. We also apply internal control policies, always with an eye on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

How does Loccus share or transfer my data?

Loccus only shares data with its partners that are essential for the execution of the contract, always supported by the legal basis FULFILLMENT OF CONTRACT, in accordance with article 7, item V of the General Data Protection Law.

Loccus may also subcontract the processing or share your data with third parties located within its own country. Therefore, your personal data will be under the protection of the same legislation, the General Data Protection Act.

The General Data Protection Law includes in its list of articles, rights that the data subject can exercise against the processing of their data under the controller, based on article 18 of the LGPD. Below are the rights you can exercise as a holder:

1. access your personal data: the right to be informed of and request access to the personal data we process about you.
2. update your personal data: the right to request that we change or update your data when it is incorrect or incomplete.
3. object to the use of personal data: the right to object to the processing of personal data when we no longer have a legitimate or legal need to process it.
4. keep your personal data: the right to request a copy of your data in a readable format and the right to transmit this personal data for use elsewhere.
5. delete your personal data: the right to request that we delete your personal data, provided that there is no longer a legitimate or legal need to process it.
