Amplio MasterMix qPCR 2x MDx (No UDG) is designed for qPCR applications using fluorescent probes, offering high specificity, sensitivity, and robustness for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) molecular assays.
Its concentrated (2x) formulation contains all essential components in a single tube, including hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, Mg²⁺, and stabilizers, making it more convenient to prepare reactions. The chemically modified Taq DNA polymerase reduces the formation of nonspecific products, such as primer dimers, ensuring accurate amplification of the target DNA or cDNA.
The kit includes ROX dye supplied separately, enabling its use as a passive reference in compatible instruments, expanding the reagent’s versatility across different qPCR platforms.
